Good health is such a blessing and often taken for granted.

A business friend’s wife was saying that she was putting better nutrients into her system now to fight the effects of aging so that she can live and feel better when her senior years come around.  It got me thinking. I’ve been planning for some time on living to be over a hundred.  According to scientists the cells in our bodies are totally replaced every seven years. Now this is making sense.  If we keep replacing the worn out cells with new, better nourished cells, the effects of aging will be lessened and a better future will be had.

Eat well, supplement as needed, and keep moving (literally move your body.)
